Spells List

In-Game
The following spells are ones that he uses in the course of the fight you have with him during the August Celestials' challenges. Thus, they're the most hard canon for him.

Crumbling Arc: After a slight delay he splits open the ground in front of him, which is a high powered AOE attack in game. Your typical earthquake.
Reign of Fire: A warcraft classic, a rain of fireballs shoot down from the sky in a wide area all around him. Ouch.
Blood of the Deathborn: He creates a "void zone" in a given area which hurts anyone who remains within it at a constant rate. It looks like a giant pool of boiling blood/magma
Neltharion's Tears: He summons five little minion dudes which look like living blobs of magma to me so I'm assuming they are some sort of elemental.
Inferno: The most complicated spell he uses. Basically, he summons numerous illusions (or clones, but probably illusions) of himself all channeling the spell. The more illusions destroyed, the less damage it does, but if it isn't stopped it'll create a giant deadly torrent of fire and death. Ouch.

There are also numerous instances of him performing enchantments of various sorts. Honestly it's been his main function in game so far. Some examples:
- In the legendary rogue quest line all through Cataclysm as you kill more of his black dragon kin he uses their blood or body parts along with some sort of magic to upgrade your daggers until they eventually look like this. And are superpowered. (it's unclear if his own blood can do some of the stuff his relatives' could, such as mind control or empower people who drink it)
- In the first part of the Pandaria legendary quest line he uses sigils of power and wisdom as well as a fragment from the sha of fear and molds it all together with a bit of his own essence to make a super powered gem you can use to power up weapons or armor.
- In the second part of the Pandaria legendary quest line he creates "The Eye of the Black Prince" which can add an additional prismatic slot to already powerful weapons or armor. Which basically allows for more powering up to be done, ultimately.
- In the third part of the Pandaria legendary quest line using the Lightning Lance (mentioned below) Wrathion forges yet another gem which he calls the "crown of heaven" which can be used to make a super powered helmet. He also is capable of projecting himself through the gem to appear as an "image" while you do another quest.
- In the fourth part of the Pandaria legendary quest line Wrathion is able to use the power of the four August Celestials (as well as his own, to stabilize it) to create a super powered cape for you to wear.
- In the fifth part of the Pandaria legendary quest line he destructs the timeless nature of a bunch of timeless coins from the Timeless Isle and thus isolates a timeless essence of the black dragonflight, which he uses the upgrade the cape you got before into an even more awesome cape.

Other random things:
- In the second part of the Pandaria legendary quest line he cuts himself, places his blood against your head, and he is thereafter able to see the world through your eyes, apparently.
- In the third part of the Pandaria legendary quest line he forges the Lightning Lance (using the Thunder Forge), which is a godly weapon that I totally forgot he still has from the canon point I've taken him from. But given it's even less defined than his own abilities and also super I've chosen for him not to have it in Crux.
- In the third part of the Pandaria legendary quest line, Wrathion eats the heart of the Thunder King, which gives him Titan Magic. He briefly sees a vision of the universe and then is "possessed" by a Titan(? or something, it's unclear) and it also presumably powers him up further. The exact nature of how it does this is unclear.
- He's a dragon, he can breathe fire. He seems to be capable of doing this both in dragon and humanoid form. Black dragons specifically breathe fire and magma.

My assumptions
Given that Wrathion is capable of all that that, I assume that he has some skill in enchanting or some variant therefore of. This also logically means he can disenchant and/or deconstruct the nature of other things' magic. I also assume, given the spells he uses above and his potency for magic, he can perform at least a few of the mage abilities that characters in-game can use. Mostly along the fire specialization but also the basic ones as well.
